Each piece of EXO JEWELLERY is meticulously handcrafted to meet your specific requirements. Crafting begins once your order is received. Kindly allow up to two weeks for the creation process.

The duration of transit is contingent upon your specific delivery destination and the chosen shipping method during checkout.

Returns are not accepted due to customer error or change of mind.  

Should a product in your possession be flawed or fail to align with your specifications, we implore you to promptly reach out to our atelier to facilitate the timely return of your order within a 7-day window
